It is recommended to limit their usage to 3 hours a day maximum when they are first purchased. They are marketed as the flip flop with the gym built in.
FitFlops are currently selling like hot cakes due to the sudden change in season (I can see some sunshine through my office window) and I’m still deliberating whether to buy a pair.
My back does ache since I have a toddler who requires me picking him up and carrying him around even though he has two perfectly good legs he could use. I could also do with shedding a pound or two which I haven’t got round to losing since my pregnancy. Fitflops will have to work a bit harder to get me to part with my readies.
Imagine my relief not to buy a pair of Uggs when I saw the terrible state they ended up in after being worn for a while. In fact, perhaps after a long winter of Ugg wearing and treading down the back of your boots, FitFlops are what you need to sort out your posture again!
Methinks that I might buy my mother a pair for her Mothers day gift and see how they work out for her.
They are in a glorious array of colours from black to blue to pink. FitFlop have had interest from shoe manuafacturers as large as hi-tec to create a saleable fitness shoe.
Men, be warned, they are currently coming for your bum fat too. So dad, if you’re lucky, you’ll be getting a pair for fathers day.
