Lets Take A Look At The Brother HL 2070N printer toner
Looking for an inexpensive laser printer with a good set of sharing options? Then the Brother HL 2070N is the right choice. The good thing about this latest offering from Brother is that it can connect to your existing network. You can of course also opt to connect it directly to your computer. The printer excels at outputting crisp and well shaped text.
Setting up the printer is very easy and weighing in at just 14.3 pounds it is also easy to handle. The built-in automated network setup helps you get up and running in no time. If you look closely at the Brother HL-2070 you will notice that it is actually a variation of the HL 2040. The same print engine is here which has a 250 sheet capacity. Like the HL 2040 it also has the convenience of the one sheet manual feed.
We would like to add that this printer is not the HL 2040 with just a network option added because as a matter of fact it has more memory. The print job is also processed at the printer rather than your computer working on the print job.
The Brother HL 2070N Toner is has a good speed and churns out a decent page per minute. Now since laser printers are all about being fast and furious along with good text prints this certainly does a good job. I did find however that photo printing is a bit slower. At higher resolutions it might slow down quite a bit. However I didn’t find this printer to be very good at printing graphics.
There is a problem with the printer that makes it an awful paper handler. Some how the printer manages to inevitably curl the pages. This problem will hopefully be fixed in up coming models. This printer is for those people who want a printer to print high quality text. If you want to print graphics then don’t consider this printer for the job.
At the prince this printer is at I would say that is does an excellent job of printing good quality text at a decent speed. I would say go ahead and use it for graphics but don’t hope a good result. You will however find that monochrome graphics look fine and mixed with text it can give you a good result.
HL 2070N Toner Cartridge has a good capacity and can give you long life for a considerable period of time. Unlike other laser printers available you don’t need to constantly have it replaced. In most offices the toner should give you a service life of a few months depending how much the printer is used.
If HL 2070N Toner is used to print graphics it might slightly lower the life of the toner possibly cut in it in half. This is another reason not to use this printer to print any kind of high end graphics and just let it stick to printing text.
