The vendor, eBatteries, is awful. Although I ordered Panasonic replacement batteries, the vendor shipped some off brand batteries, charged an exhorbitant amount for shipping (150 percent of the cost of the batteries), blamed Amazon for setting the shipping cost while Amazon blamed the vendor. Neither eBatteries nor Amazon provided any satisfaction through their respective customer service operations, and, as a result, I will no longer use Amazon or any of its affiliates. This was just the worst buying experience I have ever had to endure.

Have used batteries for about a month now and they seem to be working fine. The last set lasted more than 3 years, so hopefully this set can match that.

Batteries are excellent, but it is too early to tell how they will last. I believe I gottest the lowest price available and received the batteries much quicker than was anticipated.

Tried other battery brands in my Panasonic Cordless Phones but none of them lasted any length of time. So I finally bit the bullet and bought the more expensive Panasonic batteries thinking I would get perhaps a year out of them. Batteries have been in the phone for approximately 1 month and I am starting to hear the low battery tone already. I would not buy from this vendor again.

The best note for this purchase was ease of selection and speed of delivery. No tricks, no errors. The phone is back on the field.
