Good deal. These batteries were genuine OEM Panasonic batteries for significantly off the street price. They work as new in my Panasonic cordless phones, since they are the original OEM batteries. I bought a case of them (six pack) since we have three phones (two extension phones) in our household. I should be all set for life!

Our Panasonic phones are getting old, but not ready to be replaced yet. These batteries solved the problem that we were having with the old batteries. They would not hold a charge. But now right out of the box, these batteries make our phones like new.

There is not much to say about this battery pack. If your current Panasonic cordless phone has a PP104 (with a #29 displayed in a black box on the battery) NiMH battery pack then this is the unit you need. I received two of these batteries from Amazon.com in just two days. I had them installed in my cordless phones in just a couple of minutes. I left the phones on the charger overnight and my phones now work flawlessly. I am a little dissapointed that the batteries which came with the Panasonic phones only lasted about a year, but so far these new battery packs have brought new life back to my phones. The cost is fair and the quality seems just as good if not better than the original factory batteries. I know there are after market batteries that are compatible with my phones, and could be used in place of these PP104A units, but I believe in sticking with original equipment. For $14 each you really can’t complain too much about the price.

My 2 older phone systems were not listed on the charts so don’t you be dismayed if yours isn’t either as long as your battery specs are the same. This is the original Panasonic HHR-P104, 3.6v 830 mAh - Type 29 Ni-MH, battery. The dimensions are: 1-1/4″ wide by 2-1/8″ long and 7/16″ thick with the contacts on the end, (not the back). To work properly don’t forget to fully charge the battery before first use. My phones recommended a minimum of 7 hours (or overnight).
Both the battery and [...] are rated “5 star” in my opinion. I ordered on a Saturday through Amazon.com and had a confirmation from Digital River 2-1/2 hours later. I elected standard shipping and received an Email on Monday with a USPS First Class Parcel tracking number saying it had been mailed from New York (state). It arrived on Wednesday in VA. Total only 4 days & that included part of a weekend. The western US states shouldn’t take much longer.
