Why My BlackBerry Curve 8300 Became Great In My Visit To Cebu Philippines.
I just love to take a trip whenever my money & time allows it. Our recent visit to the Philippines got me all worked up and wanting to obtain photographs when we visited Cebu City, one of the major cities in the Philippines. A lot of the Philippines’ amazing historical past started in Cebu. We all travelled and shot a few pictures of the Magellan cross which has been allegedly the first cross that has been placed in the island when Magellan discovered the Philippines in 1521. I greedily took out my blackberry curve to take some images of the unusual food that I observed in the pavement of Colon, a really active part of the city which can be like their local version of Times Square in NY not having the cursing taxi cab drivers. I saw there were odd street meals all over and I’d been honestly tempted to eat a number of them but my much better common sense told me other wise. And so i merely decided for taking pictures of what they call Balut which is really a duck egg having a half developed chick inside it. I found myself regretting to glance at my FIlipino guide on just how he eats it considering that I virtually regurgitated the majority of of the food I ate from breakfast every day. Since I enjoyably took photos of the street banquet, one of our Pinoy guides suggested me to be careful not to display off with my BlackBerry simply because there is a chance I may well be mugged or robbed and advice is well taken. I realize of a few individuals being scammed out and their computers and smart phones taken from them even even though they have taken safety measures already. I do have insurance for blackberry that I made the decision to take when I purchased my BB Curve last year and one way or another, blackberry insurance does give me peace of mind in regards to my personal cell phone, however not really to the level of being careless. Blackberry insurance was designed as precaution, so I made a decision that I should not show my mobile phone in public too frequently. So I imagine most of the picture taking would certainly be done in a a lot more “discreet way” so to speak. The mood of the Philippines and there in Cebu City is actually unique and just for a short time, even though I wasn’t really capable to consider a taste of those “exotic” special treats, having a number of ?mages as remembrance and reminders can fix me thus that the next time I see a local guy eat balut, I would certainly be positive that I have an empty belly to begin with.
